Ingredients 500 grams carrots 100 grams water 90 grams butter 4 grams salt |
Steps – Peel and cut carrots as evenly as possible – Place water, butter, and salt in pot, then place chopped carrots on top – Bring to a boil, until you see steam rising from pot – Turn to a low heat and let cook for 30-45 min until carrots are tender – Place everything into you mixer (“ninja” or otherwise) and purée |
